If the bug is an issue with one of the SQL Server Products, you can notify Microsoft through the SQL Server Connect website, at https://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/Feedback

If the problem you're experiencing is inherent to the beta, feel free to post here. If the issue is sensitive in nature, you can contact us directly at info@sqlserverbeta.com.
