I have not been able to connect to remoteapp001.maximumasp.com using the Remote Desktop Connection and the credentials supplied in the email. Everytime I use the details, the get the following error message ;

The computer cannot connect to the remote computer. try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator.

Please advice.
